At Closet Update, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and hassle-free return policy.
Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.
Item Condition Required for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition. This means the product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, and in its original packaging, with all original tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Please email our support team at support@closet-update.co with your Order Number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:
- Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or you received the wrong item, Closet Update will cover the return shipping cost (no cost to you).
- Customer Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong item, it doesn’t fit, or you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
