  • Payment must be completed in full at checkout before an order can be confirmed and prepared for processing.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Closet Update currently ships only within the United States.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 56–84 business days from the date an order is placed
  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may vary based on product availability, freight coordination, delivery location, carrier schedules, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses, contact details, and delivery-access information are correct before an order is shipped.

4. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the requirements listed in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition in which they were received.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including original components, hardware, accessories, and documentation.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind or non-defect-related returns.
  • Closet Update will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided that processing, preparation, or delivery arrangements have not yet begun.

Because furniture orders may require extended preparation and delivery coordination, cancellation requests submitted after this period may not be possible.

If an order has already shipped, the standard return process outlined in our Return & Refund Policy will apply.

6. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product images, dimensions, descriptions, and material information.

However, colors may appear differently depending on monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography. Where applicable, natural materials such as wood, stone, leather, and fabric may have variations in grain, tone, texture, veining, or finish.

Product dimensions, specifications, availability, and pricing may be updated without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions and confirming that an item is suitable for their intended space, access route, and installation requirements before placing an order.
