Composed with a trifecta of expertly crafted materials, the Cerno Fortis LED Wall Sconce is a collaborative piece with furniture designer Frank Carfaro and glassmakers Siemon & Salazar. Combined with the refined LED technology of Cerno, the intersecting elements of glass or stone, wood and metal beautifully mesh together to create warm or cool ambient lighting. When lit, the hidden light source reveals the thick bubbles in the rectangular pane of glass or patterns of the marble, sitting within the solid wooden shelf. The beauty of the Fortis is that each piece will be unique with varying wood grains.

Sydney Knight Monday's rainy evening was when the update clicked for me; friends came over one evening, and this wall sconce felt natural in the guest room.

Kara Stone Morning on a quiet day was when my brother noticed the change before I said anything, and this wall sconce felt fully at home in the guest room. The space feels more complete while still feeling like our home. I like it most when the room is being lived in rather than perfectly styled. The placement took one small rethink, though I am happy with where it ended up.

Warm color and super cozy shape
shopWe put this sofa in our front living room and it instantly made the space feel more finished. The caramel brown color works really well with our wood floors and older rug. It’s soft but still supportive, and the rounded shape makes it feel more unique than a regular couch. This was just a quick phone photo, but the sofa looks very close to what we hoped for.

Finally found a table that doesn’t make our room feel crowded
shopWe have a pretty small living room, so I was worried this table might feel too big, but the oval shape actually works really well with our sectional. My husband set it up right after work and I took this photo before we even cleaned up the room properly. The top is easy to style, but what I like most is that the rounded edges make it easier to walk around, especially when the kids are running through here. The gold base also looks nicer in person than I expected — not too shiny, more of a soft brushed tone. Overall, it makes the room feel finished without feeling like a showroom.

A little dressier than our usual furniture
shopWe put this in the guest room of our older house, and it made the room feel much less plain without having to redo everything else. The shell pattern is subtle in person, but it catches the lamp light in a really pretty way. The dark top is a bit deeper brown than it looked online, which actually works well with our old oak floors. One drawer was a little stiff the first few days, but it has loosened up since.
