With our layout, guests have asked where we found it, especially when the room is set up for company. It has a nice balance of function and character. It brings a quieter, more finished feeling to the bedroom.
Placed in the guest room, it brought a little order to an otherwise awkward area. The overall scale gives the piece more character than the photos suggested. The piece has more staying power than a trend-driven purchase.
For the scale of our guest room, there is something very easy about the way it fits the room. The silhouette reads beautifully in person. The scale makes the surrounding pieces look more balanced too.
In our living room, a simple piece on paper, but the overall scale gives it real character in the room. The finish gives the room a little depth. It gives the room a more collected look, not a showroom feel. I like that it does not fight with the other furniture in the living room. It made a larger difference than its footprint suggests.

Warm color and super cozy shape
shopWe put this sofa in our front living room and it instantly made the space feel more finished. The caramel brown color works really well with our wood floors and older rug. It’s soft but still supportive, and the rounded shape makes it feel more unique than a regular couch. This was just a quick phone photo, but the sofa looks very close to what we hoped for.

Finally found a table that doesn’t make our room feel crowded
shopWe have a pretty small living room, so I was worried this table might feel too big, but the oval shape actually works really well with our sectional. My husband set it up right after work and I took this photo before we even cleaned up the room properly. The top is easy to style, but what I like most is that the rounded edges make it easier to walk around, especially when the kids are running through here. The gold base also looks nicer in person than I expected — not too shiny, more of a soft brushed tone. Overall, it makes the room feel finished without feeling like a showroom.

A little dressier than our usual furniture
shopWe put this in the guest room of our older house, and it made the room feel much less plain without having to redo everything else. The shell pattern is subtle in person, but it catches the lamp light in a really pretty way. The dark top is a bit deeper brown than it looked online, which actually works well with our old oak floors. One drawer was a little stiff the first few days, but it has loosened up since.
