Strikingly simple and breathtakingly refreshing, this modular lighting system brightens up interior spaces with ease. Part of the Lina collection created by designer Rosie Li, the Lina 03 Diamond Wall Sconce by Rosie Li Studio illuminates any décor scheme beautifully. Trained in the classics, Li has shaped this wall sconce in the form of a diamond using interconnected round rods where three edges include a brass sphere hub, and the fourth edge in the form of a hemispherical central hub acts as a wall plate. This modular lighting system is made to order and assembled in Li's studio in New York.

Friday's busy evening made the living room feel especially settled with this wall sconce in place; I did need a few days to get used to how much the room changed around it.

Monday's slow evening was part of finishing the room update, and this wall sconce quietly made the living room feel settled.

Calm Wednesday evening was when I noticed how well this wall sconce held the living room together while a couple of friends stopped by unexpectedly. I second-guessed the layout at first, but the room feels natural now. Walking past it every day made me appreciate the choice more than I did on day one. It turned out to be one of the more satisfying updates we made.

Straightening chairs was when my mom said the room felt more pulled together, and the living room suddenly felt finished.

THE REVIEWS

Testimonials

  • Warm color and super cozy shape

We put this sofa in our front living room and it instantly made the space feel more finished. The caramel brown color works really well with our wood floors and older rug. It’s soft but still supportive, and the rounded shape makes it feel more unique than a regular couch. This was just a quick phone photo, but the sofa looks very close to what we hoped for.

  • Finally found a table that doesn’t make our room feel crowded

We have a pretty small living room, so I was worried this table might feel too big, but the oval shape actually works really well with our sectional. My husband set it up right after work and I took this photo before we even cleaned up the room properly. The top is easy to style, but what I like most is that the rounded edges make it easier to walk around, especially when the kids are running through here. The gold base also looks nicer in person than I expected — not too shiny, more of a soft brushed tone. Overall, it makes the room feel finished without feeling like a showroom.

  • A little dressier than our usual furniture

We put this in the guest room of our older house, and it made the room feel much less plain without having to redo everything else. The shell pattern is subtle in person, but it catches the lamp light in a really pretty way. The dark top is a bit deeper brown than it looked online, which actually works well with our old oak floors. One drawer was a little stiff the first few days, but it has loosened up since.
