Modern pioneer spirit is evident in the Hudson Valley Mason Chandelier. A deconstructed take on the familiar wagon-wheel chandelier that hearkens back to frontier days, this fixture forgoes the actual wheel frame. In its place, swooping metal arms that emulate the spokes arranged in the round silhouette. Each metal bobeche features its own spoked design, reinforcing the aesthetic while preserving the modern, updated look.

Rainy Thursday evening was when my son said the room finally felt finished, and the main room suddenly felt finished. The space feels more complete while still feeling like our home.

Clearing plates made me appreciate how little this chandelier asks for attention once the main room is in use.

Evening on a quiet day was when the main room finally stopped feeling unfinished around this chandelier. The overall setup feels intentional without becoming precious. When friends are over, it simply feels like part of the room. I needed a few days to get used to the room with it there, but that hesitation passed quickly.

Morning on Tuesday at home made the main room feel especially settled with this chandelier in place; my first impression was more cautious than my opinion after living with it.

THE REVIEWS

Testimonials

  • Warm color and super cozy shape

We put this sofa in our front living room and it instantly made the space feel more finished. The caramel brown color works really well with our wood floors and older rug. It’s soft but still supportive, and the rounded shape makes it feel more unique than a regular couch. This was just a quick phone photo, but the sofa looks very close to what we hoped for.

  • Finally found a table that doesn’t make our room feel crowded

We have a pretty small living room, so I was worried this table might feel too big, but the oval shape actually works really well with our sectional. My husband set it up right after work and I took this photo before we even cleaned up the room properly. The top is easy to style, but what I like most is that the rounded edges make it easier to walk around, especially when the kids are running through here. The gold base also looks nicer in person than I expected — not too shiny, more of a soft brushed tone. Overall, it makes the room feel finished without feeling like a showroom.

  • A little dressier than our usual furniture

We put this in the guest room of our older house, and it made the room feel much less plain without having to redo everything else. The shell pattern is subtle in person, but it catches the lamp light in a really pretty way. The dark top is a bit deeper brown than it looked online, which actually works well with our old oak floors. One drawer was a little stiff the first few days, but it has loosened up since.
