With the main room otherwise settled, we only wanted one change in the gathering space, so this fixture had to do a lot without feeling like too much. The longer it is here, the less I think of it as a new purchase. Normal use has made me appreciate the choice more than I did on day one. It turned out to be one of the more satisfying updates we made.
The final result is a dining area that feels finished without looking overly styled. It works with the rest of the room instead of competing with it. It settled into the room more easily than I expected.
Saturday's unhurried evening came around settling into our new home, and this chandelier helped the dining room feel complete. The overall setup feels intentional without becoming precious. The space feels more complete while still feeling like our home.
In the living room, my first reaction was more cautious than enthusiastic, and that changed once this light became part of the main room. The everyday routine has been a better test than any first impression. The space feels more complete while still feeling like our home.
Ordinary late evening at home was when the update clicked for me; my parents came by after the room update, and this chandelier felt natural in the dining room. The longer it is here, the less I think of it as a new purchase.
The gathering space looks more pulled together without feeling any less lived in. The room now feels considered without feeling staged. The room feels finished but still relaxed.
Tuesday's unhurried evening was when my daughter noticed the room first the next evening, and this chandelier felt fully at home in the dining room.

Warm color and super cozy shape
shopWe put this sofa in our front living room and it instantly made the space feel more finished. The caramel brown color works really well with our wood floors and older rug. It’s soft but still supportive, and the rounded shape makes it feel more unique than a regular couch. This was just a quick phone photo, but the sofa looks very close to what we hoped for.

Finally found a table that doesn’t make our room feel crowded
shopWe have a pretty small living room, so I was worried this table might feel too big, but the oval shape actually works really well with our sectional. My husband set it up right after work and I took this photo before we even cleaned up the room properly. The top is easy to style, but what I like most is that the rounded edges make it easier to walk around, especially when the kids are running through here. The gold base also looks nicer in person than I expected — not too shiny, more of a soft brushed tone. Overall, it makes the room feel finished without feeling like a showroom.

A little dressier than our usual furniture
shopWe put this in the guest room of our older house, and it made the room feel much less plain without having to redo everything else. The shell pattern is subtle in person, but it catches the lamp light in a really pretty way. The dark top is a bit deeper brown than it looked online, which actually works well with our old oak floors. One drawer was a little stiff the first few days, but it has loosened up since.
